How we use Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp data
Blyssbook is a booking and management platform for salons, spas, and beauty businesses. Our business customers (salon owners) connect their own Facebook Page, Instagram account, and WhatsApp Business number to Blyssbook. We use the messages their customers send to those accounts to show them in a single inbox inside our platform, so salon staff can view and reply, and so our AI assistant can answer common questions and book appointments automatically on the salon's behalf. We do not use this data for advertising or share it with third parties.
To keep customers informed, our AI assistant discloses at the start of every new conversation that they are chatting with an automated assistant. Salon owners can hand a conversation off to a human team member at any time, and customers can always ask to speak to a person directly.
