Yes, custom domain is available on the Professional and Enterprise plans. On Starter your site runs on a free Blyssbook subdomain.
Is WhatsApp messaging included?+
Yes. Every plan connects your WhatsApp Business number, and your Blyssbook plan puts no cap on messages sent or received. Starter includes the rule-based Smart Booking Bot, which answers clients who message you, and emails clients a booking confirmation. Automated WhatsApp messages (confirmations, 24-hour and 2-hour reminders, review requests, win-back) start on Professional.
What is the WhatsApp AI Bot?+
The Advanced AI Bot answers your salon's WhatsApp in normal sentences: it checks availability, books appointments, answers questions about services and prices, and can reply to a voice note with a voice note. It's on Professional and Enterprise (Enterprise gets twice the AI credits). Starter has the rule-based Smart Booking Bot instead, which handles bookings, service menus and hours without AI.
What is AI Receptionist?+
AI Receptionist is an Enterprise feature (beta) that gives your salon a phone number answered by AI. It picks up calls, books appointments by voice against your calendar, answers questions about your services and hours, and transfers to your team when needed. It works once you're on a paid Enterprise subscription, not during the free trial. You pay for what you use: $5 per 30 days for the number, and call minutes in packs that never expire (your first number comes with 10 free minutes). Numbers are available in the USA, Canada, UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Germany, France, Netherlands, Ireland, South Africa, Egypt and Ghana; some countries ask for business documents first.
