By making a booking, using our website, or purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. ## 1. Our Services Mouna Beauty House provides professional beauty and hair services at the client's requested location. Services, prices, durations, availability, and service areas may vary and may be updated from time to time. A booking is considered confirmed only after confirmation through our booking system or by an authorized member of the Mouna Beauty House team. ## 2. Booking Information Clients are responsible for providing accurate: - Name - Contact details - Service selection - Appointment date and time - Full service address - Building, villa, apartment, or access information where applicable - Any relevant appointment notes Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or prevent the service from being completed. ## 3. Appointment Times We make every reasonable effort to arrive within the agreed appointment window. Because our services are delivered at different locations, travel conditions, traffic, parking, building access, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally cause delays. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays where possible. ## 4. Client Access and Suitable Environment For home appointments, the client is responsible for providing a reasonably safe and suitable environment for the requested service. The client must ensure that: - The service area is accessible - There is sufficient space and appropriate lighting where required - Necessary water or electricity is available where the service requires it - Pets or other hazards are safely managed - Building or community access requirements are arranged in advance Our team may decline or stop a service where the environment presents a reasonable safety concern. ## 5. Rescheduling and Cancellation We understand that plans can change. Clients should cancel or reschedule as early as possible through the available booking channel. Cancellation or rescheduling fees, deposit rules, or minimum notice requirements will be displayed at the time of booking where applicable. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking eligibility. ## 6. No-Show Policy If the client is unavailable at the agreed location and cannot be reached within a reasonable waiting period, the appointment may be treated as a no-show. Any applicable deposit or cancellation charge will be handled according to the booking terms presented to the client. ## 7. Late Arrivals If a client is not ready at the scheduled appointment time, the available service time may be reduced in order to protect subsequent bookings. Where the delay significantly affects the appointment, Mouna Beauty House may need to reschedule or modify the service. ## 8. Prices and Payment Service prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED), unless otherwise stated. Payment may be made using the payment methods made available by Mouna Beauty House. Prices may be updated from time to time. The applicable price will normally be the price confirmed at the time of booking. Where VAT is legally applicable, it will be charged in accordance with applicable UAE tax requirements. ## 9. Deposits and Advance Payments Certain services or bookings may require an advance payment or deposit. Where applicable, the amount, payment deadline, and cancellation/refund conditions will be communicated before the booking is confirmed. ## 10. Service Results Beauty and hair results can vary depending on the client's hair condition, previous treatments, hair history, skin sensitivity, lifestyle, and other individual factors. Our team will provide professional recommendations based on the information available at the time of service. However, specific results cannot always be guaranteed. ## 11. Allergies and Sensitivities Clients must inform Mouna Beauty House before the appointment of any known allergies, sensitivities, reactions, medical restrictions relevant to the service, or previous adverse reactions to beauty or hair products. Where appropriate, a patch test or consultation may be recommended before certain treatments. We reserve the right to refuse or modify a service where we reasonably believe that proceeding could create a safety risk. ## 12. Hair and Beauty Consultations For certain services, the final treatment may differ from the initial request following professional assessment of the client's hair, skin, condition, previous treatments, or other relevant factors. Any significant change in service or price should be discussed with the client before proceeding. ## 13. Client Property Clients are responsible for securing valuable personal belongings before and during the appointment. Mouna Beauty House is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, misplaced, or left unsecured at the service location, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded. ## 14. Professional Conduct and Safety Mouna Beauty House is committed to maintaining a respectful and safe working environment for clients and staff. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexual, or unsafe behavior toward our team will not be accepted. Where necessary, our team may stop a service and leave the location. ## 15. Complaints and Service Concerns If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact Mouna Beauty House as soon as reasonably possible and provide details of the concern. We will review legitimate complaints fairly and may request photographs or additional information to understand the issue. Any remedy, correction, refund, or other resolution will be considered based on the circumstances and applicable law. ## 16.
